KeptDo provides AI-powered multifamily underwriting software on a monthly subscription. You pay for your tier. We deliver underwriting analyses, returns models, LOIs, and pitch decks as described on the pricing page.

No advice

KeptDo is a software tool. The output is an analytical product, not investment advice. Every assumption is editable and you remain responsible for your investment decisions. The number-one rule of KeptDo: your judgment, our work.

Cancellation

Month-to-month. Cancel any time. We prorate downgrades. You keep your data; we export it on request and delete it on cancellation.
